The Web Site https://bleap.cc/ (the “Site”) is from exclusive ownership of THE AMALGAMA S.R.L. (CUIT 30-71449642-1), with legal address in Arribeños 3619 8º Piso, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, República Argentina, (“Bleap”). This privacy policy is regulated by The Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 25,326, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001 and the provisions issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information.
We are interested in protecting the privacy of the users of the Site. Therefore, Bleap sets forth its privacy policy for personal data to allow the users to freely determine whether they wish to provide Bleap with their personal data when required by the various forms on the Site. Nonetheless, this privacy policy can be modified at any time.
Bleap does not collect any information that identifies you personally, unless you voluntarily provide it. If you do not want that Bleap obtains your personally identifiable information, you must refrain from providing it. Before browsing and/or using the Site and the services offered thereto, please read this privacy policy carefully. It applies to all activities carried out through the Site. No registration is required to browse the Site. If you wish to consult or hire on any of the services offered through the Site, you may be required some of the following data: first and last name; email address, gender and profile photo. Please note that such data will be requested in order you can consult and/or contract the services, promotions or offers made by Bleap and optionally, select the offer of advertising or content that may be of greater interest to you and the delivery, by traditional and/or electronic means, of commercial information about the products and services offered by Bleap. The information that you provide to us can be used to help Bleap with the administration of the Site and/or to update Bleap’s user records. In case is applicable, Bleap will record before the enforcement authority the database in which your personal data is registered. In case it is verified that the data collected by Bleap is not useful or the purpose for which was collected is fulfilled, then it must be destroyed in accordance with procedures for the safe removal of information.
If you use and access the Site it means that you have read, understood and agreed to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with its terms, you can choose not to provide Blpeap any information. However, you should consider that certain data is necessary for Bleap to be able to offer you some or all of the services.
Bleap does not sell, license, lease, transfer or otherwise market user information, nor does it share or will share in the future any information you provide with third parties, unless it is authorized by you, required by court order, or to protect Bleap’s property rights or other rights.
Bleap is not responsible for the protection of personal data in cases where third parties have intercepted or accessed them without authorization. Therefore, Bleap shall not be liable for the misuse of personal data obtained by such means. Bleap has the required security levels to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access to the personal data provided. Bleap will take appropriate measures to answer your request within a maximum of 5 working days from the receipt of the data subject’s claim.
According to Resolution No. 14/2018 of the Agency for Access to Public Information, you are informed that the “AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the enforcement authority of Law No 25,326, has the power to deal with the complaints and claims filed by those affected in their rights due to breach with current regulations on the protection of personal data”.

IN ANY EVENT, YOU ARE INFORMED THAT AS THE OWNER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ACCES TO THEM FREE OF CHARGE AT LEAST EVERY SIX MONTHS, UNLESS A LEGITIMATE INTEREST IS RAISED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 14, PARAGRAPH 3, OF LAW 25,326 OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC. THE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY (IN ARGENTINA,THE AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION , PURSUANT LAW No 25,326), HAS THE POWER TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS FILED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH TO REGULATIONS ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
